  1. We start with a conversation about you (CEO/Senior Executive/Project Leader), your company and our research, with a strong preference for a short face-to-face meeting (typically 20 minutes). Purpose: assess fit and answer questions.
  2. A short 15 minute pre-meeting with you as the sponsor and team(s) from your organization (Executive team, millennial team, or project team). Two separate online surveys will then be taken by participants (30-45 minutes for both surveys) within 48 hours.
  3. You will then get a free confidential, detailed, comprehensive report and debrief meeting about self and team trust levels (60-90 minutes). We don’t create chaos by sharing what "Jane said about Robert." We are careful and discreet with the reports with the goal of increasing levels of trust. We also offer opportunities to create higher levels of trust with your organization.
  4. We then seek to measure trust levels 9 to 12 months later. We gain valuable research data that we will share and learn from on an aggregate level (we won’t share any confidential information). You will also receive published research and any case studies from other organizations choosing to participate in the research. It is completely optional whether you want to engage us as consultants to help your team(s) statistically increase trust levels to address your key organizational issues.

How much trust do you have in your team? How could a higher-trust environment improve your most important business measures (sales, margin, EBIT, turns, market-share, product launches, M&A integration, project execution, etc.)? What are you doing to provide a trusting environment to bring out the best in you and your employee’s potential leading to high retention, performance, engagement?

We will be seeking to answer the following questions:
  • Do executives view their colleagues as trustworthy?
  • Do executives claim their requisite self-trust?
  • Are millennials defining trust in similar ways?
  • Can trust be created, enhanced, and elevated in the work setting?
  • If trust levels are elevated, what is the impact on business metrics?
  • Can trust be accelerated in new strategic project teams?
